O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE RUY BARBOSA\/RN, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas por Lei:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/u><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba – Conceder a Servidora\u00a0MARIA EDILZA CANDIDO FERNANDES<\/b>,\u00a0<\/b>matr\u00edcula funcional n\u00ba 0260059, inscrita no CPF sob o n.\u00ba 021.xxx.xxx-12, ocupante do cargo de provimento efetivo de Auxiliar de Servi\u00e7os Gerais, lotada na Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Desportos, Licen\u00e7a-Pr\u00eamio de 03 (tr\u00eas) meses, conforme estabelece o Art. 106, da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 174\/1997 (Estatuto dos Servidores Municipais), com in\u00edcio em 02\/02\/2026 e t\u00e9rmino em 30\/04\/2026.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba. Esta portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba. Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
